Last Updated: June 6, 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Sauna Haus (“we,” “our,” or “us”) handles information in connection with this website (mysaunahaus.co).
This site is a single-product marketing website. It has no user accounts, no login, no shopping cart, and no online payments. We collect as little information as possible.
2. Who We Are
Sauna Haus is operated by Christoph Malzl in Utah County, Utah.
Email: christoph.malzl@gmail.com Phone: (801) 227-9909
For any privacy question, contact us using the details above.
3. Information We Collect
Information you send us. The only way to contact us through this site is by choosing to text or email us using the buttons provided. When you do, we receive whatever you include — typically your name, phone number or email address, and your message. We use this solely to respond to you and discuss the sanctuary.
We do not operate a contact form that stores submissions on this website, and we do not ask you to create an account.
Usage analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service that measures aggregate, anonymous traffic (such as page views and general location at the country level). It does not use tracking cookies and does not collect information that identifies you personally. See our Cookie Policy.
Server logs. Our host (Vercel) may automatically process standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site.
4. How We Use Information
- To respond to your text or email and arrange a private consultation
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it
- To operate, maintain, and secure the website
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
5. How Information Is Shared
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site and communicate with you:
- Vercel — website hosting and privacy-friendly analytics
- Your mobile carrier / email provider — if you choose to text or email us
We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
6. Data Retention
Text and email conversations are kept for as long as needed to assist you and for our ordinary business records, then deleted. Aggregate analytics contain no personal data.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its use. Because the only personal information we hold is the messages you send us directly, you can exercise these rights — including deletion — simply by emailing christoph.malzl@gmail.com. We do not sell personal information.
8. Children’s Privacy
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. External Links
This site may link to third-party websites (for example, mapping or messaging apps). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
