These Terms govern your use of the Sauna Haus website at mysaunahaus.co (the “Site”), operated by Christoph Malzl (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is a marketing website for a one-of-one, handcrafted outdoor sauna. It provides information and a way to contact us. It does not offer accounts, online ordering, or online payments. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer to sell; any sale is subject to a separate, direct agreement between you and us.

When you text or email us through the Site, you agree to provide accurate information. Contacting us does not create any obligation on either party until a separate written agreement is reached.
